Medical Technologist - Full-Time

We are seeking a Medical Technologist to perform accurate clinical laboratory analyses on blood, urine, body fluids, and tissues, supporting physician diagnosis and treatment. Key Responsibilities Include Performing testing accurately and promptly, interpreting results in clinical context, and communicating critical findings to medical staff.Conducting quality control, routine and advanced instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and reagent preparation.Maintaining inventory, managing computer functions for testing workflows, and supporting laboratory compliance with regulatory standards.Providing instruction in laboratory science and rotations as needed, with additional duties assigned by the manager. Qualifications NYS Licensed Clinical Laboratory Technologist (full license within 24 months if provisional), with preferred certification by ASCP. Strong problem-solving skills, independent judgment, and regulatory knowledge are essential. Physical demands include: medium work involving walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds as necessary. Compensation: $34.00 - $45.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
