About the role
The incumbent serves Medical Teaching Labs Coordinator within the Office of Undergraduate Medical Education. Provides administrative, operational, and project support for courses, programs, and educational activities conducted within the Medical Teaching Labs. Coordinates scheduling, room utilization, instructional resources, and day-to-day operations to ensure the effective delivery of educational activities. Serves as a liaison among faculty, staff, students, and campus partners to facilitate communication, resolve logistical issues, and support a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Serves as a liaison among faculty, staff, students, and campus partners to facilitate communication, resolve logistical issues, and support a positive learning environment.
- Maintains and updates lab-related processes and requirements.
- Assists with planning and implementation of educational activities.
- Supports special projects and activities related to Anatomical Services and other anatomy-based educational initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
- Two (2) or more years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, analytical, and demonstrated attention to detail.
- Knowledge of educational technology and systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and triage related technology issues.
- Investigative, data analysis, and reporting skills.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Medical Teaching Lab operations and laboratory practices.
- Familiarity with educational laboratory environments, including scheduling, facility operations, safety protocols, equipment management, and support of instructional activities.

- Communication skills; includes verbal, written and active listening.
- Service oriented and responsive to questions and requests.
- Ability to interact in a professional, resourceful, and courteous manner.
Benefits

Pay
Hiring Pay Scale: $31.19 - $38.31 / Hour
Annual Full Pay Range: $65,125 - $94,858 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $31.19 - $45.43
Schedule
8 hrs/day, Monday-Friday
