Medical Surgical Oncology

Role: Oncology Med/Tele Nurse Responsibilities Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to oncology patients on a medical/telemetry unit.Monitor complex telemetry and respond to patient status changes.Administer chemotherapy and supportive therapies, managing central lines.Utilize digital tools for efficient charting and care coordination.Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.Educate patients and families about treatment plans and care procedures.Advocate for safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care to improve outcomes and clinician experience. Qualifications & Skills Current nursing licensure with relevant experience in oncology and telemetry settings.Strong clinical skills in chemotherapy administration and central line management.Proficiency with digital health tools and electronic charting systems.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Commitment to evidence-based practice, patient safety, and compassionate care.
