Job Summary
As an Observation Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will also act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.

About the Role

We are an accredited, 150+ bed regional medical center offering a full array of services including cardiology and diagnostic imaging, emergency, inpatient rehabilitation, oncology, orthopedics, and women’s services. We are an Accredited Chest Pain Center and a Primary Stroke Center, providing emergency heart and stroke care. Our satellite campus, TriStar Natchez, offers imaging and oncology services, including a 24/7, full-service ER that provides the same services as our main campus emergency room.
