Role: Local MedSurg RN Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to adult patients on a medical-surgical unitPerform assessments, administer medications, and manage IV therapyImplement wound care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safe dischargesDocument patient information accurately in EMR systemsMaintain infection control and safety standardsEducate patients and their families about care plans and health management Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure and relevant clinical experience in medical-surgical settingsStrong assessment, medication administration, and wound care skillsAbility to collaborate effectively within a healthcare teamKnowledge of EMR documentation, infection control, and safety protocolsExcellent communication and patient education skills
