Medical-Surgical Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) for the Medical-Surgical unit on night shift. Responsibilities Provide safe, evidence-based care to adult medical-surgical patients.Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor complex clinical conditions.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.Educate patients and families to support understanding and engagement in care.Assist with patient discharges to ensure smooth transitions.
