Medical-Surgical Nurse

Role: Nurse Extern – Adult Med Surg (PRN) Key Responsibilities Support Registered Nurses with direct patient care tasks.Obtain and record vital signs.Assist with hygiene, mobility, and activities of daily living.Help maintain patient comfort and safety in a fast-paced acute care environment.Complete required documentation under RN supervision.Prioritize patient care needs and communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team. Qualifications & Skills Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.Ability to learn clinical workflows and apply guidance from preceptors.Effective communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff.Comfort working in a high-acuity, fast-paced setting and following safety protocols.
