Medical Surgical Nurse

Job Summary

You will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery. You will work well with the surgical and nursing team, communicate details, and pay close attention to the emotional and informational needs of the patient.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, comprehensive care
• Make critical assessments
• Perform skilled procedures
• Meticulously implement patient care plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Contribute to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

• Unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the State of Arkansas
• 6 months of acute care experience (new graduates or nurses without acute care experience hired through residency training program)
• Previous ortho/neuro experience preferred, but not required
• BLS through the American Heart Association required
