Responsibilities
- Obtains vitals and assists with treatment planning
- Affixes patient assistance program applications and completes outcomes, patient messages, and authorizations
- Conducts face-to-face visits with patients and receives medical and mental health records
- Screen patients for TMS, obtains prior authorization for treatment, and provides daily treatments for TMS patients
- Assesses patients for TMS services and coordinates services with the medical provider
Requirements
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- High School or Equivalent
- FL Driver's License
- Associate's in Healthcare/Psychology
- 1 year - Medical Office Experience
