About the role
This part-time position involves serving as a plasma donor screener and phlebotomist, supporting the daily operations of a plasma center.
Responsibilities
- Greet donors and ensure a safe, welcoming environment
- Screen new and repeat donors according to protocols
- Record vital signs and manage donor information
- Handle donor compensation
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Customer service experience in a customer-facing role is helpful
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Routine exposure to bloodborne pathogens; glove use is required
