About the role
A Part-time Plasma Donor Screener and Phlebotomist ensures donor safety, collects high-quality plasma, and supports center operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet donors, answer phones, and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Screen donors, record vital signs, and perform finger stick tests.
- Use the Donor Information System to document and coordinate donor compensation.
- Identify operational improvements and implement process changes.
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs with proper safety measures.
- Fine motor skills, good hearing, and ability to work with bloodborne pathogens while wearing gloves.
Qualifications
- Customer-facing experience is preferred.
