This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a field-based MSL team to support Strategic Medical Plans
- Align and implement regional MSL strategies with Corporate Medical objectives
- Manage MSL contact lists to meet medical head office guidance
- Collect and communicate HCP insights to internal teams
- Drive performance metrics and report to Oncology Medical Affairs Leadership
- Ensure cross-functional alignment of MSL activities
- Represent field medical on internal project teams and ensure team input is included
- Conduct training and performance management for MSLs
- Support capability development for scientific exchange and relationship building
- Collaborate with other MSL managers to enhance team consistency
Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD preferred)
- At least 5 years of MSL experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong strategic thinking with experience in product launch preparation
- Preferred background in Oncology, with experience in hematology or cell therapy as an asset
Pay
$146,248 – $191,950 annually
