Medical Science Liaison - Hematology

About the role

The Hematology Medical Science Liaison (MSL)/Senior MSL acts as a scientific and medical expert within a high-impact global Medical Affairs team. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally, with approximately 50% domestic travel. The role emphasizes integrity, teamwork, diversity, and innovation in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in oncology and hematology
• Provide scientific exchange and education
• Support product launches
• Facilitate investigator-sponsored trials (ISTs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Support clinical trials
• Represent scientific insights at conferences
• Maintain current knowledge of clinical data, treatment trends, and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications

• Advanced medical/scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) preferred
• Clinical background (NP, PA, etc.) with hematology/oncology experience considered
• Minimum of 2 years in Medical Affairs or similar roles
