About the Role
This field-based position serves as a scientific expert, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) across Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain thought leader relationships within the assigned territory.
- Implement territory plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategies.
- Provide scientific insights and educate HCPs on disease states and products.
- Support product launches and facilitate investigator-sponsored trials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the organization at scientific conferences.
- Assist with clinical trial site recommendations and trial awareness.
- Stay current on developments in oncology and hematology.
- Serve as a scientific resource for commercial partners and support advisory boards.
Requirements
- Advanced medical or scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) preferred; candidates with a clinical background will also be considered.
- Minimum of 2 years of Oncology/Hematology Medical Affairs experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare environments and compliance regulations (FDA, GCP, HIPAA).
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and adaptability skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business applications.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
