About the Role

This field-based position serves as a scientific expert, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) across Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain thought leader relationships within the assigned territory.
  • Implement territory plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategies.
  • Provide scientific insights and educate HCPs on disease states and products.
  • Support product launches and facilitate investigator-sponsored trials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the organization at scientific conferences.
  • Assist with clinical trial site recommendations and trial awareness.
  • Stay current on developments in oncology and hematology.
  • Serve as a scientific resource for commercial partners and support advisory boards.

Requirements

  • Advanced medical or scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) preferred; candidates with a clinical background will also be considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Oncology/Hematology Medical Affairs experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare environments and compliance regulations (FDA, GCP, HIPAA).
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and adaptability skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business applications.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information

The role involves approximately 50% domestic travel and requires a professional, collaborative approach aligned with core values of integrity, innovation, and diversity.
