Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships with TLs and HCPs, increasing medical reach in tier 2 and 3 cities.
• Identify external customers' scientific and educational needs in partnership with internal stakeholders.
• Engage with HCPs as a subject matter expert via innovative engagement tactics in this Medical Science Liaison Job in Mumbai.
• Conduct customer-facing interactions primarily through remote channels.
• Support clinical trial teams with data collection and feasibility visits at Bayer Careers.
• Document and process medical information queries according to MI handling procedures.
• Prepare reports and track activities related to HCP interactions and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine or advanced degrees preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as an MSL or related fields.
• Experience in Cardiovascular and Chronic Kidney Disease in Type 2 Diabetes areas is preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-discipline.
