Responsibilities

  • Fulfills all established workflows, scripts, and departmental greetings.
  • Strives to continuously learn, improve service delivery, and collaborate effectively.
  • Uses critical thinking to resolve consumer inquiries within the assigned area.

Requirements

  • High School Completion or equivalent.
  • 1-year KH Scheduling experience.
  • 1-year experience with Epic/EMR.
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changes.
  • Exceeds Quality Assurance scores and productivity metrics.
  • Collaborative team player with expertise in all scheduling Service Lines.
  • Cross-trained in Pre-service and Patient Access departments.
  • Proficient in insurance knowledge and patient registration.

Qualifications

  • High School Completion or equivalent.
