Requirements
- High School Completion or equivalent.
- 1-year KH Scheduling experience.
- 1-year experience with Epic/EMR.
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changes.
- Exceeds Quality Assurance scores and productivity metrics.
- Collaborative team player with expertise in all scheduling Service Lines.
- Cross-trained in Pre-service and Patient Access departments.
- Proficient in insurance knowledge and patient registration.
Qualifications
