Description Accountable for scheduling appointments
Follows and reinforces all policies for case scheduling
Communicates information for each scheduled appointment
Accountable for auditing and/or completing electronic documentation of patient and case information in a timely manner
Works under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality
Must have the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with patients, peers and superiors on a daily basis

Responsibilities
- Patient Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
Confirm appointment details and communicate important information to patients
Coordinate scheduling needs while ensuring compliance with established procedures
Maintain scheduling accuracy and high-quality documentation - Patient Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for patients over the phone
Answer appointment-related questions professionally and compassionately
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining productivity goals
Demonstrate empathy and patience during every interaction - Documentation & Data Entry: Enter and audit patient information with a high degree of accuracy
Complete electronic documentation in a timely manner
Ensure patient records and appointment details are current and accurate
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times - Team Collaboration: Work closely with coworkers and leadership to support daily operations
Adapt to changing priorities and departmental needs
Maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 2+ years of recent call center experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with data entry and computer systems
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
- Professional phone presence
- Empathy and compassion when working with patients
- Ability to think quickly and problem-solve effectively
- Adaptability and willingness to support various teams as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Healthcare scheduling, registration, or administrative experience (Preferred)
- Experience working in high-volume customer service environments (Preferred)
