Medical Scheduler

Description of Key Responsibilities

• Schedule patient procedures and appointments in EPIC (SNAPboard)
• Conduct outbound calls to patients for scheduling and follow-up
• Handle insurance authorizations and verify required documentation
• Communicate with physician offices regarding patient scheduling needs
• Scan and upload patient documents into EPIC
• Assist schedulers and support overall scheduling workflow
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Laguna Beach, CA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
