Job Description

• Achieve or exceed annual objectives set by management.
• Create and implement a territory management plan.
• Foster relationships with existing and potential referring physicians and their staff, explaining marketing materials.
• Seek out new physician offices/groups to contact.
• Educate the referring community about advancements in imaging technology and its benefits.
• Participate in weekly conference calls and quarterly meetings with the SHC Marketing team.
• Attend and contribute to center monthly staff meetings.
• Participate in quarterly Marketing Strategy Review Meetings.
• Retrieve and respond to voicemail, text, and email messages.
• Accurately and timely submit expense reports.
• Provide information for quarterly JV Board meetings.

The Skills

• 2 years of prior medical sales experience.
• Skilled in written and verbal communications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in tactful persuasion.
• Skilled in using automated computer systems and software applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure and deadlines.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or Marketing.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to use computer and telephone systems.
• Ability to drive a motor vehicle for short or long periods.
• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to cover a geographic territory.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Additional Job Description

The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $90,000 + bonus + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors. Shields Health is an equal opportunity employer.
