Medical Representative (Oklahoma City, OK)
Responsibilities
- Provide first aid support and refer to outside medical providers as necessary.
- Minimize injury risk through awareness, education, and proactive engagement.
- Maintain records of care provided to Associates (AAs).
- Cook up and maintain workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
- Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
- Engage with AAs and leadership to coach on at-risk work habits.
- Maintain a clean working environment and medical supply inventory.
- Participate in training and certification for first aid, CPR, and AED classes.
- Maintain first aid, CPR, AED credentials.
- Work flexible shifts, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Aid in random saliva drug testing protocols.
- Maintain effective care delivery in emergencies and assist emergency response.
Essential Skills
- High School or equivalent diploma.
- Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by an approved ECC provider.
- Current valid Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Paramedic Certification from the Department of Health or NREMT.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Certified to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with industrial wellness programs.
- Experience managing musculoskeletal disorders, ergonomics, and coaching on body mechanics.
- Demonstrated experience with OSHA regulations and Workers Compensation.
- Proficient in digital record-keeping.
- Recent job experience in the Military as a Combat Medic (U.S. Army), Field Medic (U.S. Army), Healthcare Specialist (U.S. Army), Hospital Corpsman (U.S. Navy), or Aerospace Medical Service Technician (U.S. Air Force).
Work Environment
- The role requires lifting up to 49 pounds and frequent physical activities such as pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
- You will stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts and work in environments with variable noise levels and temperatures, including outdoor loading departments.
- Training is scheduled from Wednesday to Saturday, with shifts running from Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday nights.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
