Responsibilities
- Request records from various providers and facilities to ensure all necessary patient files are accounted for.
- Meticulously reconcile records to verify data accuracy and completeness.
- Focus on chart prep, organizing and preparing all patient documentation so our clinical team is fully equipped and ready for the day ahead.
Requirements
- Experience in specialty healthcare.
- Familiarity with medical records in healthcare (preferred).
- Understanding of HIPAA (preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check.
