MEDICAL RECORDS/EMR SPECIALIST

Responsibilities

• Review and process chart documentation and medical record releases
• Affirm continuity of care by accurately transmitting consultation notes, test results and treatment plans from specialist office to other providers

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in medical terminology and proofreading
• Orthopaedic experience a plus
• Electronic Medical Record experience preferred but will train on the job
• Excellent computer and organizational skills
