Medical Records Clerk (2nd shift)
Primary Duties
- Maintain patient files and retrieves files for scheduled appointments;
- Respond to requests for medical records;
- Processes letters and reports.
- Requires a HS Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year related experience;
- Any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- Electronic records experience is very helpful for this position;
- You should be comfortable using a computer and toggling between screens;
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Teams is needed.

About the Role
The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for maintaining patient files, responding to requests for medical records, and performing clerical activities in support of the medical records department.
Schedule
This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions (when indicated), providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development.
