About the role
Serve as the frontline contact, welcoming patients and ensuring a respectful, patient-centered experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication, support providers, maintain accurate patient information, and assist with appointment scheduling, insurance, and access to care.
- Answer calls, greet patients, manage visitor logs, and provide translation support as needed.
- Create and update patient charts, verify insurance, and assist with billing functions.
- Support clinic staff to ensure smooth front-office operations and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- A High School diploma or GED
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic computer systems
- Clinic experience is a plus
Benefits
Position offers $18.35-$22.48/hour DOE, with additional pay for bilingual skills.
