Medical Receptionist-Podiatry
Job Summary
Performs various front office and back office patient care duties. Specifically, assists with the flow of patients from the waiting area to exam rooms and performs preparatory work on patients to ensure efficient use of the physician's time. Duties include insurance verification, DME ordering, tracking, coordination, and inventory management. Requires strong knowledge of insurance processes, specialist referrals, and surgical pre-authorizations. DME/Ortho/Podiatry experience is preferred. EPIC experience is preferred.
Must be flexible and capable of working in multiple offices as needed.

Job Essentials
- Medical office experience preferred.
Education Requirements
- A High School Graduate or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 2 years full-time experience in a related field is required.
Pay
The minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law is $17.00 per hour. The actual rate will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
