Registers Patients

• Ensures accuracy
• Facilitates timely discharge
• Maximizes reimbursement

Maintains Financial Assessments and Eligibility

• Updates and verifies patient information
• Ensures clarity and thoroughness of financial assessments, eligibility, and benefits memos

Communicates Patient Status

• Communicates patients' status to appropriate team members
• Keeps patients apprised to maintain effective operational flow

Provides Patient Education

• Education on test locations
• Education on patient portal use
• Education on follow-up actions

Requests Co-Pays and Outstanding Balances

• Requests co-pays and/or outstanding balances at the time of check-in respectfully but firmly
