Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls with strong communication skills
• Navigate computers, including uploading/downloading files and managing email
• Demonstrate competent phone skills
• Use MS Suite applications, including Instant Messenger, Excel, and Word
• Effectively communicate with team members and clients
• Apply basic computer skills for email navigation and file management
• Utilize Excel, Word, and Instant Messenger proficiently

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
