Medical Receptionist

Position Overview

A medical receptionist is the customer service liaison to each of our practices. The medical receptionist greets each patient with courtesy and respect using exceptional communication skills. The purpose of this position is to provide our patients with a seamless experience while following all UHS Policies regarding registration, scheduling, insurance verification and billing.

Compensation Range

$17.05 - $22.17 per hour, depending on experience

Education/Experience

• Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• PREFERRED: Previous medical, administrative and customer service experience
• PROFICIENT: PC skills
• KNOWLEDGE OF: Medical Terminology
