New Patient Development
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries (phone, text, email, website) with professionalism and warmth.
- Conduct consultations with prospective patients to explain concierge services, membership benefits, and pricing.
- Maintain and update a pipeline of prospective patients, following up consistently.
- Meet or exceed new patient acquisition goals.
Patient Experience and Coordination
- Serve as the liaison between patients and clinical staff, ensuring seamless communication.
- Welcome and orient new patients, providing necessary onboarding materials and guidance.
- Schedule appointments, tests, and procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
- Care for specialty referrals and manage patient follow-up communications.
- Afford patient satisfaction initiatives, surveys, and retention strategies.
Office Administration
- Maintain detailed and confidential patient records in EMR system.
- Process membership renewals and assist with billing inquiries related to concierge services.
- Support marketing initiatives such as newsletters, events, and educational seminars.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in medical office administration, healthcare sales, or concierge healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Proficient in EMR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Preferred Skills:
- Background in healthcare marketing or membership-based services.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards.
- Prior experience in luxury service industries (concierge, hospitality, private healthcare).
