St. Luke’s Cataract & Laser Institute is seeking a full-time medical receptionist to join their team in Wesley Chapel.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care to patients
- Work in an office environment requiring high levels of customer service
- Interact effectively with patients, doctors, and staff
- Maintain a pleasant demeanor, positive attitude, tact, diplomacy, patience, and flexibility
- Have office experience required; related medical office experience highly preferred
- Have strong customer service skills and experience
- Be able to multitask and demonstrate attention to detail
- Read and communicate effectively with patients, peers, supervisors, and team
- Be mobile in an office environment; frequent standing, sitting, and walking
