About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, scheduling appointments, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Handling billing inquiries and processing payments
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the waiting area and exam rooms
- Communicating with healthcare providers and staff to ensure smooth operations
- Performing other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for those working in a clinic)
Qualifications
- Experience in a medical office setting preferred
