Responsibilities
- Conduct check-in and check-out processes
- Answer incoming calls and use EHR to document details of patient inquiries
- Conduct outreach to patients requiring appointments or service follow-up
- Schedule appointments using standard scheduling protocols
- Manage administrative in-basket pools and work queues
- Scan documents into the EHR per standard protocols
- Balance payments
- Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information
- Provide coverage at other ProHealth locations on an ad hoc basis
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of receptionist or customer service experience
- Intermediate level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
- Experience working with Epic
- Comfortable multitasking

Pay
- Hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $29.00 per hour based on full-time employment
Schedule
The office is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 7:30AM - 6:00PM and Tuesday, Friday 7:30AM - 5:00PM (8-hour shift within business hours). In Fall the hours are changing to Monday - Friday 7:30AM-5:00PM. Final schedule to be determined upon hire.
