About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and flexible Medical Receptionist to join the team at New Park Medical Practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent patient care with a focus on patient needs.
- Handle a variety of tasks including but not limited to greeting patients, managing appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor over the phone and in person.
- Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Show resilience, empathy, discretion, and tact.
- Ensure high levels of confidentiality are maintained.
Requirements
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- An understanding for a high level of confidentiality.
- Resilience, empathy, discretion, and tact.
Qualifications
- Experience in a medical receptionist role is desirable but not essential.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits
- Flexible working hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.89.
Pay
£12.89 per hour.
Schedule
30 hours per week.
