Medical Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and skilled at multitasking, ensuring patients feel welcomed and valued throughout their interactions.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients warmly upon arrival and ensuring they feel valued throughout their visit
• Assisting with check-ins and check-outs, managing wait times, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Registering patients, handling forms and payments, and preparing for future visits
• Supporting scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and facilitating a smooth patient experience
• Providing friendly and professional customer service through various channels

Qualifications/Experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Prior medical receptionist experience preferred
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction
• No sponsorship for work visas
