Medical Receptionist
Contract-to-hire, fully onsite medical receptionist role supporting a client in Bloomfield, CT.
Responsibilities
- Check patients in and out for same-day surgeries
- Handle patient financial calls
- Manage medical records
- Work closely with clinical staff
- Generate reports
- Triage calls to clinical staff
- Make patient follow-up calls
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of recent medical receptionist/administrative experience
- Patient intake experience
- Medical records experience
- Able to handle a fast-paced environment and multi-task
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 40-hour position between the hours of 6am–4:30pm. Shift assigned from interview based on preferences.
Pay
$22–23/hr. The pay range for this position is $22.00–$23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
