About the role
We’re looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Medical Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and able to multi-task while ensuring patients feel welcomed and valued.
Responsibilities
- Be the first and last person our patients encounter!
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs, providing an exceptional patient experience.
- Play a key role in welcoming patients warmly, prepping them efficiently, and leaving a lasting, positive impression.
- Manage registration, wait times, and make the reception area warm and inviting.
- Chat in person, over the phone, or send messages to deliver friendly and professional customer service.
- Gather and double-check patient info, handle forms and payments, and prepare for the next visit.
- Schedule appointments, maintain records, and ensure a seamless experience.
- Support our patients and providers by handling various tasks.
Qualifications/Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Prior medical receptionist experience preferred.
- Authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Not sponsored for work visas.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Medical office, procedure/exam room, and laboratory environment may include exposure to communicable diseases, bloodborne pathogens, biohazards, or toxic substances.
- Daily activities may include standing, walking, sitting, bending, and lifting items up to 30 lbs.
