Medical Receptionist

About the role

We’re looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Medical Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and able to multi-task while ensuring patients feel welcomed and valued.

Responsibilities

• Be the first and last person our patients encounter!
• Assist with check-ins and check-outs, providing an exceptional patient experience.
• Play a key role in welcoming patients warmly, prepping them efficiently, and leaving a lasting, positive impression.
• Register patients, manage wait times, and make the reception area warm and inviting.
• Chat in person, over the phone, or send messages to deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Gather and double-check patient info, handle forms and payments, and prepare for the next visit.
• Schedule appointments, maintain records, and ensure a seamless experience.
• Support our patients and providers by handling various administrative tasks.

Qualifications/Experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Prior medical receptionist experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction.
• No sponsorship for work visas.
