About the role
The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and able to multi-task while ensuring patients feel welcomed and valued.
Responsibilities
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs, providing an exceptional patient experience.
- Welcoming patients warmly, prepping them efficiently, and leaving a lasting, positive impression.
- Registering patients, managing wait times, and making the reception area warm and inviting.
- Handling forms and payments, and getting everything ready for the next visit.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Prior medical receptionist experience preferred.
- Authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Not sponsored for work visas.
