About the role
The Medical Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. This position involves greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, verifying insurance, completing pre-registration, and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

- Maintain the facility's cleanliness and organization to enhance the patient experience
- Approach challenges such as insurance verifications and system updates with persistence and problem-solving
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a medical setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain a professional demeanor
