Medical Receptionist
The Receptionist at Conviva is responsible for receiving and routing calls, accommodating visitors, and performing administrative tasks. Key duties include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting (preferred but will consider strong customer service background in retail hospitality, call centers, etc.)
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with value-based care models
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience with electronic medical records systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Additional Information
This role involves patient-facing activities and requires TB screening. The clinic is located at 18414 US Hwy 281 N, Suite 104, San Antonio, TX 78259. The Receptionist reports to the Clinic Administrator.
