About the role

Promote Goodman Pharmaceuticals’ products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) such as doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals across Bangladesh. Build and maintain strong customer relationships while achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (HCPs), including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
• Effectively communicate the benefits, usage, and advantages of products, backed by scientific data.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals through regular follow-ups.
• Address customer queries and provide accurate, evidence-based medical information.
• Gather feedback from HCPs about products and services for continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to maximize territory coverage.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the assigned area, including key customers, competitors, and market trends.
• Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts to drive sales growth.

Requirements

• 0–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, pharmacy sales, or related fields.
• Skills in pharmaceutical marketing, sales management, sales strategies, sales target achievement, hospital sales, sales operations, and sales support.
