Medical Promotion Officer

About the Role

HB Limited is seeking a Medical Promotion Officer to promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare institutions, achieve sales targets, and enhance product awareness through effective communication and field visits.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company's skin care products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) such as dermatologists.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
• Effectively communicate the benefits, usage, and advantages of products, backed by scientific data.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals and chemists, including regular follow-ups.
• Gather feedback from HCPs about the products and services for continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to maximize territory coverage.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the assigned area, including key customers, competitors, and market trends.
• Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts to drive sales growth.
• Address customer queries and provide accurate, evidence-based medical information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) - Graduate/Masters in any discipline.
• Age: 25 - 35 years.
• Gender: Male.
• Training/Course: MS Office.
• Area of Expertise: Sales & Marketing.

Experience

• 1 - 3 years (freshers are allowed to apply).
• Area of Business: Cosmetics / Toiletries / Personal Care, Group of Companies, Healthcare / Lifestyle product, Pharmaceutical / Medicine Companies.
