About the Role
Full-time position based anywhere in Bangladesh focusing on pharmaceutical product promotion and sales to healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Promotion and Sales
- Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (HCPs), such as doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory
- Effectively communicate the benefits, usage, and advantages of products, backed by scientific data
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals, including regular follow-ups
- Address customer queries and provide accurate, evidence-based medical information
- Gather feedback from HCPs about the products and services for continuous improvement
- Territory Management
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to maximize territory coverage
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the assigned area, including key customers, competitors, and market trends
- Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts to drive sales growth
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales, pharmacy sales, pharmaceutical marketing, or sales management
- Proven track record in hospital sales, sales operations, and sales strategies
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and provide sales support
