Medical Practice Manager - Urology

Shift: Monday to Friday, full time

This Practice Manager position is located at 319 S. Manning Blvd., Albany, NY, within St. Peter’s Health Partners, where we care for more people in more places.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor administrative and clinical systems that support patient care.
• Facilitate collegial relationships between care teams.
• Manage human, fiscal, material, and facility resources.
• Support, plan, implement, and evaluate program goals, organizational policies, and patient-focused care.

Requirements

• At least three (3) years of management experience in the medical field.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective speaking and writing skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality and respect.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Understand and embrace a customer service focus.
• Ability to work independently yet function collaboratively within a team.
• Associate’s Degree required.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.

Pay

Pay Range: $31.50 – $45.70 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may vary based on location.
