Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Provide general information to patients about our services and policies.
- Verify patient information and update records as needed.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient communication.
- Handle a high volume of calls with efficiency and empathy.
- Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a medical office or similar setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Familiarity with medical terminology/Vascular is a plus.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and EMR systems (NextGen preferred).
Skills

Pay
