Medical Operations Technical Specialist, Community Medical Outreach

Deploy domestically with volunteers and staff to Samaritans Purse CMO clinics.
Oversee the setup, take down, and non-clinical operations of each clinic.
Facilitate preventative maintenance of biomedical equipment, to include routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning/sanitizing equipment to meet regulatory standards.
Assist in the design, research, and development of new non-clinical innovations and equipment.
Ensure non-clinical functions for the program are performed in a timely and high-quality manner, to include assisting and identifying appropriate clinic locations capable of providing safe and effective utility access.
Assist in the management of domestic medical program consumables as needed, to include categorizing and completing inventory, as well as packing and loading for clinic set up.
All other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in project management or similar leadership role.
- Experience within a health-related field strongly preferred.
- 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, opportunity to meet and complete requirement is available upon hire.

- Ability to learn operation and maintenance of medical equipment.
- Working knowledge of general utility functions (water, electric, gas, etc.).
- Ability to manage a project from conception to completion and provide an after-action report.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, beneficiaries, volunteers, and partners.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, determine appropriate priorities and meet reasonable, specific deadlines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and develop quick solutions for problems before, during, and after clinics.
