Medical Operations Manager/ Practice Manager

About the role

Lead a dynamic Medi-Weightloss clinic — inspire teams, empower patients, and grow in a supportive, wellness-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with patients and staff, in person and on the phone.
• Hit and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
• Mentor, coach, and develop staff to reach their goals — fostering accountability and teamwork.
• Run weekly team meetings that align everyone, deliver training, and keep the clinic consistent with franchise standards.
• Set the bar for cleanliness, accountability, and operational excellence through hands-on leadership.
• Juggle priorities like a pro — organized, deadline-driven, and accurate.
• Spot problems early and solve them fast, whether they're clinical, operational, or people-related.
• Oversee daily operations: opening and closing, patient registration, scheduling, and secure cash handling.
• Own the details: benefit verification, EMR reporting, product sales, inventory, and banking.
• Use company-approved phone scripts to schedule appointments and engage patients effectively.
• Lead compelling one-on-one consultations to onboard new patients and grow the practice.
• Follow up with patients to keep them on track, re-engage no-shows, and deliver standout experiences.
• Perform clinical tasks: vitals, EKGs, injections, and phlebotomy (we'll train you if needed).
• Coach patients weekly on nutrition and progress — the part of the job that changes lives.
• Document patient progress accurately in charts and our EMR system.
• Pitch in on additional clinical duties to support the team.

Requirements

• Have working knowledge of nutrition and exercise, from basic to advanced.
• Manage or lead in a medical clinic before, and be good at it.
• Thrive when trusted to run things at a fast pace — independent, self-directed, no micromanaging needed.

• Be a natural at sales and customer service. Build trust quickly and turn conversations into commitments.

Qualifications

• Full-time position.

• Wednesday — 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• Thursday — 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM
• Friday — 6:30 AM to 1:00 PM
• Saturday — 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
