About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with specialization in Hematology / Oncology to provide direct patient care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care according to established standards
- Educating patients and families on managing illness, medication, and post-treatment care
- Promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Developing and communicating individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Assessing physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs of patients
- Participating in professional development activities
Qualifications
- Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree
- Active RN license
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Less than 2 years of experience
