Position Summary
As a clinic nurse, you will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide quality, patient-centered care. You will use your nursing assessment skills and clinical protocol knowledge to make informed decisions and deliver safe, efficient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and telephone triage
- Adhere to infection prevention guidelines
- Provide individualized patient and caregiver education
- Communicate with ordering providers and care teams
- Manage side effects and medication refills
- Support patients through the oncology care continuum

What You Will Need
- Graduation from a NLN or AACN accredited nursing program
- BSN required or enrollment in a BSN program (completion within 4 years of hire)
- Valid RN license in the State of Michigan
- ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Provider Card
- BLS Provider Card
- Oncology Nursing Certification (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in oncology care
- Experience with EPIC EMR (preferred)
- Oncology experience strongly preferred
