New Hanover Regional Medical Center - Medical Oncology is looking for a compassionate, caring Oncology Advanced Practice Provider to provide oncological care and perform selective medical services under the direction of practice physicians. Schedule

Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM (No call/No weekends)

Requirements

• Master's Degree required; graduate of an NCCPA-accredited physician assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• One to three years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider; experience with Breast Oncology preferred.
• Current PA license in the appropriate state.
• NCCPA Certification and current DEA registry.
• ACLS certification (if working in infusion center or cardiac specialty).
• Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing.
• Demonstrated customer service skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills.
